What makes a good team?
Team are dependent upon the personalities of their members, as well as the leadership style of their managers. Although there are many factors that contribute to the success of a team, the common elements remain the same. It is important for teams to have mutual respect, a common vision, open communication, and patience to succeed.

- Move fast and be efficient
- Be a scientist, experiment, and measure
- Take ownership and make a difference
- Be direct and respectful
A productive team has members that share common goals, a common vision and have some level of interdependence that requires both verbal and physical interaction. Teams come into existence through shared attitudes about a particular undertaking.
