The goal of this session is to give participants with both the fundamental knowledge, awareness of the necessity of having the proper mentality, and practical skill application required to flourish in their jobs as coaches and mentors.

The session also seeks to empower managers to successfully coach and mentor their team members, hence driving performance and establishing an organizational culture of learning and development.

  1. Participants will engage on a journey of self-discovery and skill development as they explore and set the foundations for building and harnessing effective coaching and mentoring abilities and connections.
  2. Increase participants’ awareness of the importance of coaching and mentoring, as well as their understanding of their specific roles and the potential advantages of their coaching and mentoring journey. Simultaneously, establish and cultivate fundamental abilities for effective mentoring, such as active listening, feedback delivery, powerful questioning, and meaningful discourse.
  3. Understand the value of relationship building and how to create authentic relationships that encourage trust and connection with mentees while also overcoming common roadblocks.
  4. How they may use the power of coaching and mentoring to help their teams reach their full potential, promote leadership development and talent management, and inspire performance improvement through targeted coaching interventions and motivating methods.
  5. Effectively support their mentees on their path to higher responsibility and leadership roles, thereby fostering skills, succession pipelines, and cultivating a culture of growth and development inside the organization.
