This 1-day workshop aims to equip participants with a structured approach and relevant knowledge to help enhance their problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.This include defining problems, identifying root cause and generating possible solutions for a more effective problem resolution. This workshop will also introduce participants to explore three Decision Making Tools (SWOT Analysis, Decision Tree and Cost-Benefit Analysis).
It also aims to promote the importance of analytical or critical thinking skills for better problem analysis and conclusion; develop and increase self-awareness on Decision Making Styles. Also, to be mindful on Decision-Making traps, the biases which may contribute to faulty decision making and the different views of ethics in decision making. The upside and downside of Individual vs. Group decision making and insights into techniques for Group decision making.
